The KIOXIA NVMe SSDs from the CD8 series are optimised for a wide range of scale-out and cloud applications, including big data/IoT, online transaction processing and virtualisation.
They are equipped with KIOXIA 112-layer BiCS FLASH 3D TLC flash memory. The small SFF drives offer an endurance of 1 DWPD (Drive Writes Per Day) and storage capacities of up to 15.36 TB, making them well suited for hyperscale data centre applications.
Equipped with a PCIe® 4.0 (16 GT/s x4) interface, the CD8-R series SSDs deliver consistent performance of up to 1,250K IOPS (Random Read) and 200K IOPS (Random Write).
